Sociocracy is used by GRFCI and is a whole systems approach to collaborative decision-making, project management, and organizational governance. It creates more inclusive and effective organizations – people at all organizational levels make policy decisions that govern their own work, and communication flows bottom-up as well as top-down.
This experiential session will introduce the principles of sociocracy and give hands-on practice with consent decision- making. Find out how sociocracy helps a group have more effective, enjoyable meetings; frees up individual creativity and initiative; and streamlines decision-making. And learn how it links to neuroscience findings to create safety and foster collaboration.
