Sociocracy is a whole systems approach to collaborative decision-making, project management, and organizational governance. It creates more inclusive and effective organizations, in which all stakeholders’ voices matter. It aligns well with co-operative principles and practices, and is used by co-operatives as well as other organizations in multiple countries.
