Intensive, in-person 2-day training produced by Community Incubator will give you the essential tools for applying sociocracy in your existing or forming organization.
The training will include a mix of interactive simulations, practice sessions, and exercises, presentation of essential information, and time for participant questions and feedback.

Based on our Foundations of Sociocracy interactive training, this will include some aspects of Council process, as well as other collaborative decision-making processes.
