Sociocracy Consulting Group (TSCG) and a certified trainer in both 
Sociocracy and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Jerry is a founding 
member of the 20-year old Pioneer Valley Cohousing Community which will 
soon complete its second year of operating with Dynamic Governance.
