[TSCG-info] UPDATE - Portland June Foundations rescheduled for weekend

We are rescheduling the Portland, Oregon Foundations training to take 
place on the weekend of June 29-30, rather than during the preceding week.

Congruent with that change, the early bird discount has been extended 
through the end of this week!
