Often organisational hierarchy leaves people feeling it doesn’t work. The movement to formless structure is an alluring one; but one that can leave groups floundering, disorganised and vulnerable to power corruption.
Power is always present with people, and designing how it moves is key. Natural hierarchy allows us to organise work and when well managed creates healthy organisations effectively achieving their mission.
You will come to see people politics more clearly, meet others in a similar position, and (most importantly) learn an empowering path forward with the collaborative tools of sociocracy.
Presenters – Gina Price and Erin Young – will offer 3 gifts to help empower your groups in collaboration.
This interactive session provides you a lived experience with some of sociocracy’s approach, and will share case studies of organisations that have learned to be effective, transparent and equivalent in achieving their shared mission.
