Let’s Make Decisions Together: The Nuts and Bolts of Sociocracy @ The Seed House, Wichita, KS
Aug 12 @ 9:00 am – Aug 13 @ 3:30 pm

The Seed House – La Casa de la Semilla – is committed to collaborative relationships and healthy work culture. Because of this commitment The Seed House is acquiring training in collaborative governance process and structure. Sociocracy is a practice that engages all facets of an organization, community group, or religious body in making creative and collective decisions as well as being efficient at the same time!

This training will be led by TSCG founding member John Schinnerer, and is equivalent to TSCG’s Foundations of Sociocracy online or in-person course.

The Seed House is inviting other interested individuals and/or organizations – board, staff, and other stakeholders – to participate at a cost of only $40 per person. The Seed House thanks The Wichita Community Foundation, through its Magnify grant, for underwriting this capacity building opportunity.

There are 10 seats available to non-Seed House participants who are seriously interested in this model of governance or are curious and want to know more.

The training runs from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Saturday, with lunch and dinner breaks, and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Sunday, with a lunch break.

The Seed House will provide light breakfast and snack foods, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and supper on Saturday night.

If you are interested and want to attend, fill out the registration form.

If you have questions, contact Margi Ault-Duell at

John will also be available in Wichita Friday August 11th and Monday August 14th for in-person consulting – contact John directly to take advantage of this opportunity.
