Location: The Bricolage, 206 S Main St., Suite 1, Second Floor, Goshen, IN 46526

For details and registration information, see the complete event flyer or contact Phil Metzlerphil@resilienceguild.org or 574-349-7336.

You will build on your Foundations of Sociocracy experience, or any current or previous facilitative experience, exploring advanced facilitation skills and strategies in a sociocratic context through structured interactive exercises. You will prepare for meetings and facilitate sociocratic decision-making processes, with coaching, and practice handling challenging facilitation situations in role-plays and simulations, including material relevant to your own organization.

Successful completion of the Foundations workshop or equivalent training or experience is recommended as a prerequisite, however anyone in a facilitator role can benefit from this workshop and get a taste of a sociocratic approach to meetings and decision-making as well.

Produced and hosted by the Community Resilience Guild.
