Ron’s passion is to empower collaborative relationships through awareness, communication, consensus, decision making, and conflict resolution. He loves to work with groups that desire a stronger sense of community in their living and working environments, and to help them increase creativity, synergy, and harmony with the Sociocratic process.
He has facilitated community building for more than 25 years, many of them spent in Intentional Communities, where people live and work together toward a common vision, and has also helped to establish a variety of cooperative-oriented businesses. He understands the challenge of healthy relationships and strives for congruency in his personal and working environments. His style is personal, authentic, and experiential.
Ron also has been involved in issues of sustainability for all of his adult life. He holds certification in Permaculture Design and has balanced his work in community building with the creative and grounded work of green building. He is committed to holistic sustainability, balancing the environmental, economic, and social aspects of Permaculture.
