Francine’s involvement in sociocratic projects is extensive. She supported the implementation of Dynamic Governance at the Institut français of the University of Regina. She facilitated the last two collective agreements between teachers, support staff, and the provincial Francophone school division, Conseil des écoles fransaskoises. She is also using Dynamic Governance in her work with the provincial Francophone community networks.

Francine’s diverse professional portfolio includes more than 25 years of practical experience in management and organizational arts, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mediation for non-profit, government, and academic organizations. A life-long learner, Francine thrives in discovering the dynamics of a group or organisation and journeys alongside.

A strong belief in community involvement is reflected in Francine’s volunteer activities for various projects at different levels.  She facilitates the Table des Élus (Table of Elected Officials), which oversees the Fransaskois community’s comprehensive development plan. She also serves as the elected Francophone Member-at-Large for PFLAG Canada, a charitable organization that speaks for a more accepting Canadian society by providing support, education, and resources on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity.
